When Arteika Hunter founded Clean & Glo Cleaning Services in August 2022, she wasn’t simply starting another cleaning company. She was creating a business built on professionalism, accountability, and excellence—one that would create opportunities not only for herself, but for others along the way.
With more than a decade of experience in the cleaning industry, Arteika gained firsthand knowledge of what it takes to operate and maintain commercial facilities while delivering dependable, high-quality service. That experience inspired her to build a company clients could trust and employees could be proud to be part of.
Through a commitment to continuous learning and excellence in business development, government contracting, supplier diversity, and compliance, Clean & Glo earned its New York State MWBE certification in less than 90 days, followed by WOSB and WBENC certifications, strengthening its ability to compete for commercial and government opportunities.
Today, Clean & Glo proudly provides professional facility services for commercial, nonprofit, healthcare, educational, industrial, and government organizations at the federal, state, and local levels while remaining committed to quality, compliance, and exceptional customer service.
Arteika believes certifications are not the destination—they are tools that can create access to opportunity. What builds and sustains a successful business is the value placed on its services, products, people, and professional standards, along with the value it consistently delivers to others. Founder & Managing Director
Arteika Hunter founded Clean & Glo Cleaning Services in August 2022, bringing more than a decade of firsthand cleaning-industry experience into the business. As Founder and Managing Director, she leads the company with the belief that lasting success begins with the value placed on yourself, your skills, your people, and the work you provide.
That belief shapes how Clean & Glo prepares its team, approaches each service, and honors the investment every client makes. Arteika’s goal is not simply to complete the work, but to ensure that clients receive professional, skilled service that reflects the value they placed in choosing Clean & Glo.
